Area Chairman - Alex Stafford
Alex has been involved in politics ever since he won a mock General Election at his school in 2005. Whilst studying History at Oxford he stood in the 2008 City Council elections, increasing the Conservative vote by 8%, taking the party from third to second. He also served as President of the Oxford University Conservative Association, the largest youth Conservative branch in the country, in 2007. Since leaving university he has worked in Westminster for two Members of Parliament and has served on his local constituency executive. Born and bred in London, Alexander continues to live in Ealing and is a strong supporter of all things West London.
Deputy-Chairman (Political) - Richard Holloway
Richard lives in Pimlico, Westminster and is a seasoned campaigner with six years campaign experience with Conservative Future across London. Previously a resident of Brent, Richard stood as a Council Candidate in Hampstead and Kilburn, where he helped Chris Philp record the highest swing in London and come within 42 votes of turning lefty Hampstead blue. Richard works for the retailer John Lewis as Editor of their weekly internal magazine, the Distribution Chronicle.
Deputy-Chairman (Membership & Socials) - Maxwell Woodger
Having been involved in Conservative Future since 2008, Maxwell brings 4 years worth of experience to London North West Area CF. Maxwell is also currently serving as the Deputy Chairman of the North Westminster CF Branch. He has previously been Treasurer of the University of Essex CF society 2010-11 and was founder & Chairman of the Kensington Chelsea & Fulham CF branch 2011-12. Outside of the Conservative Party Maxwell is a keen bass guitar player and big Formula One fan. He is currently doing a MSc in Sociology at the London School of Economics having graduated last year with a BA in Politics from Essex University. Maxwell has a taste for US politics having interned at the Democratic National Committee during his second year when studying abroad in Washington DC. Born in Hammersmith, educated at secondary schools in Ealing and having lived in Kensington most of his life, Maxwell is a true North West Londoner.
