Boris Phone-Canvassing with Mark Field MP

Yesterday evening Mark Field, MP for the Cities of London and Westminster, was the main speaker at the latest London CF phone canvassing session for Boris Johnson. We were also joined by Chris Hampsheir, one of the party's GLA candidates.

For the second week in a row, interest was very high, with over 30 activists making hundreds of calls. With opinion polls narrowing as the election gets closer, these sessions are a vital part of stopping Ken Livingstone. Many of the potential future Regional Management Executive were also present as interviews were simultaneously being conducted by Regional Chairman, Nicolas Clark, and Area Chairmen, Harriet Holmes and Alex Stafford, for the RME's roles giving activists the opportunity to meet and question those wanting to take a lead in London CF.

The next of these sessions will take place from 6.30pm on Monday 6th February. Our main speaker at this session will be James Wharton, MP for Stockton South. As election day approaches, London CF’s canvassing sessions will be weekly.
